To pass, Measure S must receive 66.7% support from those who vote on the measure. All registered voters in the Valley Water boundaries are eligible to vote on Measure S.
There are several ways to vote in this election:
1) Mail: Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked on or before Election Day AND must be received no later than 17 days after Election Day. NO POSTAGE IS REQUIRED TO RETURN YOUR BALLOT!
2) Ballot Drop Off Locations: If you prefer to drop your ballot at a local authorized drop-off location, please visit the Santa Clara County Elections Office, by clicking HERE.
3) Voting Center Locations: For those who prefer to vote in-person, Vote Centers will be opened throughout the County:
a. October 31 to November 2: 9:00am to 5:00pm
b. November 3, Election Day: 7:00am to 8:00pm
